DeepSolv.it is an AI-powered interactive workspace and SaaS platform designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates and modifications.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. DeepSolv is the merchant of record for all orders and is responsible for customer service, support, and refund requests relating to payments. If you have any issue with a payment or billing, please contact us at hello@deepsolv.it.
We offer subscription plans (e.g., Premium, Ultra). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically each cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be made.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@deepsolv.it before the end of the 14-day period and we will refund the full amount paid.
Outside of the statutory withdrawal period, refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis (e.g., in the event of a billing error or service unavailability). We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, except where required by law.
Access requires authentication via third-party providers (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abusive behavior.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Because the service relies on artificial intelligence, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any critical information generated by the AI.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
